Folk and Fine Shipping Policy

We are pleased to include shipping with insurance to all 50 of the United States on every item. We use the most economical shipping method, which may or may not be the fastest. If you need an item within a specific time frame, please use the Contact Us link on our Home Page BEFORE purchasing. We ship within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your payment. When your purchase has shipped, you'll receive a message with the tracking number.

Although we pack very carefully with lots of padding and sturdy boxes, on rare occasions an item may arrive to you damaged or broken. We will take care of filing a claim with the shipping insurance firm. We'll need clear photos of the package, the packing material and the damaged item, which you can send attached to our email: [email protected]. Some shipping insurance companies require you, the buyer, to complete a short online form. When we receive all the information needed, we will issue you a full refund. We want to make sure that buying from Folk and Fine is hassle-free.

 NOTE: We no longer ship internationally due to the goods and services taxes (GST) that many countries are now charging on imports, the restrictions on various items, and the extremely high cost of international shipping. Also, because some buyers attempted to get us to ship items that were banned in the country to be shipped to.

 We suggest that if you wish to have items shipped internationally, that you use a shipping service that will provide you with a U.S. address that we can ship to and from which the shipping service will ship your items to you.

Any special concerns or shipping requests should be addressed prior to purchase so that any additional costs that may occur as a result can be addressed.
